Ladies Ministry
MVCN has a strong group of women and we enjoy several times of fellowship throughout the year. Ladies Fellowship meets at the church at 6:30pm the third Tuesday of each month, September through April. This is a great way to meet others in our church and is open to teens and older. Child care is provided at no charge. At these gatherings, we typically have special speakers with informative and uplifting messages. In March we have dinner out instead of ladies fellowship at the church.

The Ladies Ministry co-sponsors 2 yard sales each year with the KidsWay Children’s Ministries. Another big event is our annual Ladies Garden Party the first Saturday in May.

Additionally, we have a monthly luncheon at various restaurants in the Aiken-Augusta area on the first Tuesday of each month.

One of each year’s highlights is our South Carolina District Ladies Retreat held in November at Myrtle Beach, SC. This weekend is a spirit-filled time with awesome speakers and fun times with friends. If you have any questions, please see our Ladies Ministry Coordinator, Barbara Richardson. 

Men’s Ministry
Men will find plenty of ways to get involved and fellowship at MVCC. One of the favorites is the Men's Prayer Breakfast - a combination of food for the soul and for the stomach. It doesn't get any better. Henry Rash coordinates a men’s prayer breakfast, typically held the first Saturday of each month at 8:00 AM in the Family Ministry Center. Pastor Wayne Cheselka leads a men’s Bible study which meets each Wednesday at 6:30 PM. The Men’s Ministry also hosts an annual “Wild Game Night”, an all-church event featuring food (wild & tame game), fun and fellowship for the whole family.
